You can start using Your Payroll by bookmarking the website or typing in www.yourpayroll.co.nz on your browser's address bar.
How Do I Use Your Payroll As An Employee?
1. REGISTER with your name and email address.

If you don't have an official work Email ID, it can also be your personal email address like Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.
2. Check your mailbox (including spam folder) for a 'JOINING' email from Rena, one of our accountants.

3. Clicking JOIN YOUR PAYROLL will open a new window prompting you to set a PASSWORD.

4. Once you hit PROCEED, your DASHBOARD opens up with three choices.

Click on LOGIN AS EMPLOYEE (you will not have access to the other options).
5. Check whether your personal details are correct, if not, you may update them using the EDIT PROFILE button at the bottom.

Keep in mind, you will NOT be able to edit your IRD Number, Employee Bank Account Number, and Email ID.
