Your Payroll NZ - Accountant Access
Whether your employer chose to give you Read-Only Access or Full Access, your login to Your Payroll is the same. The only difference is, with Full Access, you have the authority to edit or update employee and client details as well.
Information and details listed here will be retained for up to 7 years, as per IRD and Government regulations.
You can start using Your Payroll by bookmarking the website or typing in www.yourpayroll.co.nz on your browser's address bar.
How Do I Use Your Payroll As An Accountant?
1. REGISTER with your name, as it appears on your official IDs.

If you don't have an official work Email ID, it can also be your personal email address like Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.
2. Check your mailbox (including spam folder) for a JOINING email from Rena, one of our accountants.

3. Clicking JOIN YOUR PAYROLL will open a new window prompting you to set a PASSWORD.

4. Once you hit PROCEED, your DASHBOARD opens up with three choices.

Click on LOGIN AS ACCOUNTANT (you will not have access to the other options).
5. You may update your Phone Number and Name using the EDIT PROFILE in MY PROFILE, else, click on your client's name to access employee details.

You may have more than one client in some cases, and our system is prepared to help you handle their payroll as well.
